Dr. Norin Siddiqi's Practice is looking for a Dental Receptionist / Floater to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a warm personality who enjoys connecting with patients at the front desk while also lending a helping hand in the back when needed.
No dental experience? No problem. We will train you. What matters most to us is your attitude, kindness, and willingness to learn.
Part-Time | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Greet patients with warmth and help them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
Answer phone calls with confidence, care, and professionalism
Schedule appointments and support daily front-desk operations
Assist with room turnover so the clinical team stays on track
Help in the sterilization area when needed to support the flow of the day
Keep work areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Communicate openly with the team to ensure patients receive seamless care
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect everyone
Someone friendly, dependable, and naturally caring
A team player who's happy to help wherever needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable multitasking and learning new skills
No dental experience required — training is provided
Ability to be on your feet for parts of the day and assist with light physical tasks
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
