Responsibilities include:
- Greeting, checking-in, and checking-out patients
- Preparing treatment plans for patients and discussing financials
- Supporting efficient patient flow, scheduling, collecting payment, and insurance claims throughout the day
- Assisting the hygienists with their rooms and instruments
- Assisting the dentist chair-side during procedures in case of a shortage of team members
- Other responsibilities may be required
What we’re looking for:
- Dental Assistant certification and chair-side experience
- HARP certification (MANDATORY)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
