Floss Bosses is looking for a self-initiated, driven, entrepreneurial, patient-centered RDH, commission based who wants autonomy, high clinical standards, and the chance to practice independently within a supportive team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who already has patient base, enjoys owning their schedule, delivering comprehensive care, and building long-term patient relationships—beyond the “traditional” model.
What you’ll do
- Provide preventive and periodontal care (exams, assessment, diagnosis, scaling, GBT model of care, laser therapy as applicable)
- Take and interpret and diagnose from dental radiographs as required; document clearly and consistently
- Deliver patient education and case acceptance support (prevention, home care, treatment planning)
- Provide adjunctive therapies including laser therapy and SDF where indicated
- Support our airway-focused approach (screening/education, referrals, coordination with myofunctional therapy as needed)
- Maintain excellent IPAC/sterilization standards and efficient operatory flow
- Complete same-day charting, clinical notes, and recordkeeping in clinic software
Who you are
- RDH licensed and in good standing in Alberta
- Confident, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communicator who values patient experience and thorough documentation
- Interested in growth—clinical skills, patient management, and practice-building mindset

Remuneration and schedule:
- Commission based on all treatments including exams and x-rays (all including PAN)
- Patient Onboarding Bonus
- Compensation is tiered based on credentials and scope
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10-6pm
Training & support
- Support and training provided for airway-focused workflows, and clinic systems if required.
