Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Dental Assistant with HARP certification to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the dentist with patient treatment and education through treatment coordination.

Responsibilities:
- You will help Invisalign patients navigate their visit to the office, their appointments, fees, and understanding of their Invisalign treatment plans and processes
- Digital scanning with iTero for the purpose of education and Invisalign treatment
- You will be responsible for records appointments, insurance submission and patient coordination, deposits, paperwork, adjustments and follow-up appointments for 3 dentists
- Assist the dentist in all procedures, prepare the room for treatment when assisting needed to fill in
- Take digital x-rays as directed
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- HARP certification
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
