Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including preventative care, restoration, dental extractions, root canal therapy with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments using comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize dental software such as Cleardent for scheduling, documentation, and treatment recording to ensure accurate medical records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Interpret medical imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote ongoing wellness.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental advancements and adhere to all regulatory standards related to medical documentation and patient privacy.
