What You’ll Be Doing
This role is about more than hygiene appointments; it’s about becoming a trusted partner in your patients’ long-term oral health.
In a typical day, you’ll:
- Provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
- Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and overall health connections
- Build strong relationships with a loyal re-care patient base
- Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team on treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Create a comfortable, positive experience that keeps patients coming back
You’ll have the time, tools, and support to do your best work, without feeling rushed.
