Full-Time Maternity Leave Coverage — High Potential for Permanent Position
We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule to cover a maternity leave, with the high potential to transition into a permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment within a well-established practice.

Start Date: July 27, 2026
Schedule (Patient Hours)
- Monday: 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings beyond Tuesday and early Fridays to start your weekend sooner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and preventive treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist in Alberta
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience with Cleardent is considered an asset, but not necessary
