Position: Dental laboratory managing supervisor (Director of Dental Laboratory Services)
Wage:$55.36 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Job duties:
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day workflow and operational activities of the dental laboratory
• Monitor and assess the efficiency and quality of daily lab operations
• Develop, manage, and track the laboratory's budget and financial expenditures
• Schedule, prioritize, and organize daily lab tasks and production activities
• Regularly review financial performance to ensure all departments remain within their allocated budgets
• Formulate and enforce policies, protocols, and standard procedures governing the delivery of dental laboratory services
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead laboratory personnel to maximize team performance
• Negotiate, administer, and oversee vendor and service contracts related to laboratory operations
• Supervise the collection, processing, and interpretation of laboratory data and performance metrics
• Direct the preparation and submission of operational and administrative reports
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among dental technicians, dentists, and other relevant staff members

Requirements
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience in dental laboratory or healthcare service operations is required.
Managerial experience is an asset.
