Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining efficient office workflows to provide exceptional patient care. The Dental Office Manager will play a vital role in fostering a professional and welcoming environment for both staff and patients.
Duties
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations
- Oversee patient records systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws
- Coordinate billing, AR reconciliation, and financial management of the clinic
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with insurance to confirm coverage and direct billing.
- Facilitate communication between medical providers, staff, and patients
- Implement policies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Train new staff on office procedures, medical and dental terminology, and electronic patient management systems
- Assist in hiring processes and human resource functions

Pay: $32-$40 per hour depending on experience and performance.
