Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess strong clinical skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology, including CAD systems, and to serve a diverse patient population, including pediatrics. The successful applicant will work with Cleardent software, with a solid understanding of medical terminology and dental office procedures.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases
- Utilize CAD technology for restorative procedures and prosthetic design
- Document patient interactions accurately using Cleardent dental management software
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Dental degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice as a Dentist
- Experience working in a dental office environment preferred; familiarity with Epic, Dentrix, and CAD systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care.
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient comfort
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the field of dentistry
- Strong clinical skills in Root canal treatments and Surgical skills is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,352.02-$407,501.51 per year
