What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the patient experience—guiding, coordinating, and supporting every step of their journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Presenting treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately
- Verifying and explaining dental insurance coverage and benefits
- Coordinating financial arrangements and payment options
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and managing follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Supporting the front office and collaborating with the clinical team
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
You’ll help turn uncertainty into clarity—and hesitation into confidence.

What You Bring
- Previous dental office experience (required)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Experience with dental software (Cleardent preferred)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people
