What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Verifying dental insurance coverage and benefits
- Calling insurance companies for benefit breakdowns
- Sending and following up on pre-determinations and estimates
- Supporting treatment coordination and patient communication
- Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with front office administration and patient flow
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
Communication is key in this role, and we’re looking for someone who brings a bubbly, friendly personality to the clinic each day.
Schedule
Regular Hours
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:15 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional Schedule Notes
- No Saturdays on long weekends
- No Saturdays during July & August
- After Victoria Day weekend until end of June, Saturday hours are reduced to 8:15 AM – 1:30 PM
- Ideally available for every Saturday, but alternating Saturdays may be considered
- When working Saturdays, one weekday will be scheduled off
- Summer schedule shifts to Monday–Friday

What You Bring
- Previous dental office experience required
- Experience handling dental insurance and patient coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Cleardent is considered an asset
- Evening and Saturday availability
