Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, client-focused Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to deliver an elevated, luxury experience at every client touchpoint to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, kind/considerate, positive/happy and have a strong background in providing an exceptional guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, work ethic/initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. The team member will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and promoting/educating clients on retail products.
Responsibilities
- Be the first impression of Beauty Matched Med Spa, delivering a warm, elevated, and memorable client experience from arrival to departure
- Manage front-desk operations, scheduling, and daily clinic flow with professionalism and attention to detail
- Educate clients on our premium medical aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare lines
- Support retail sales, memberships, and payments with accuracy, discretion, and confidence
- Maintain immaculate client records and ensure appointments run seamlessly and on time
- Address client questions or concerns with empathy, poise, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate closely with medical aestheticians, nurses, and leadership to support smooth daily operations
- Inventory, receive shipments, cleaning and help maintain an organized, luxury med spa environment
- Uphold and represent the Beauty Matched Med Spa brand standards, values, and reputation at all times
