The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a growing, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
- Conduct patient assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to deliver comprehensive care
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active Ontario Dental Hygiene license
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable using dental software (Dentrix experience is an asset)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
