Smiles Dental Group is looking for a confident, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in our South side location.
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $30-$40/hour + performance-based bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Present major treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Help patients understand insurance coverage, financing, and payment options
- Manage orthodontic financials, including payment plans and financial arrangements
- Contact insurance companies to verify orthodontic coverage and benefits
- Set up payment plans based on insurance coverage and patient needs
- Support treatment acceptance and continuity of care through effective patient follow-up
- Manage patient accounts, including accounts receivable (AR), outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of previous dental office experience required
- Previous experience with patient financials and accounts receivable (AR) required
- Orthodontic treatment coordination experience is an asset
- Experience with Dentrix preferred
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
