Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care, building long-term relationships, and working collaboratively with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and basic endodontics
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Adhere to all infection control and safety regulations
Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education

Experience

Prior experience working in a dental office setting is required
Proficiency with dental management software such as Tracker is preferred
Proven ability to manage a wide range of dental procedures independently
Strong case acceptance and patient relationship-building skills
Experience with advanced procedures (e.g., crowns, bridges, root canals, surgical extractions) preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
