Groove Dental is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. We are a privately owned, non-corporate dental office focused on exceptional patient care, strong communication, and maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence and safety.

Position Details
Schedule:
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position begins at approximately 3–4 days per week, with potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and sterilizing dental instruments and handpieces
- Maintaining sterilization and infection prevention protocols to a high standard
- Monitoring sterilization equipment and biological testing processes
- Organizing and stocking operatories and sterilization areas
- Assisting with operatory turnover and clinical support duties as needed
- Maintaining inventory and supplies related to sterilization and clinical flow
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with office IPC protocols
- Supporting efficient day-to-day clinical operations
- Contributing positively to overall office culture and teamwork
Qualifications
- Previous dental sterilization or clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
