Dental Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator

Please note previous experience as a dental receptionist/treatment coordinator is a requirement for this position.

A well-established dental practice in North Vancouver is seeking a Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join their team. Renowned for delivering comprehensive dental care to the local community, the practice offers a welcoming and professional environment. The team consists of experienced professionals committed to providing high-quality services to patients of all ages. Equipped with modern technology, the practice enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of dental procedures, ensuring optimal patient care.

Schedule:

Mondays through Fridays (Tuesdays through Fridays would also be an option for the right candidate)
8:00AM - 5:30PM (start time at 9:00AM would also be an option for the right candidate)
One hour lunch break
May vary slightly depending on business needs

Main responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally
Manage incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Submit pre-determinations and follow up with insurance providers
Prepare and present estimates for complex treatment plans
Collect and process patient payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Compensation:

$35-$38 per hour

Requirements:

1+ years of full-time paid experience as a Dental Receptionist and Treatment Coordinador in Canada
Knowledge of Power Practice is an asset
Dental Reception Certificate is an asset
Communication skills, Team Work and Problem Solving Skills
