Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager
Location: Wellington Dental – Guelph, Ontario
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance incentives

As Clinic Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

What You'll Be Responsible For
As the operational leader of the clinic, you'll oversee all aspects of day-to-day performance, including:
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching conversations
- Build team engagement and accountability
Clinic Operations
- Optimize workflows and operational efficiency
- Manage schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Financial Performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and clinic goals
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and patient retention
Patient Experience
- Ensure every patient receives exceptional service
- Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support treatment acceptance and patient education initiatives
- Create systems that enhance the overall patient journey
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinic management experience
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
