About the Role: As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the best care by guiding them through their treatment plans and financial options. You’ll collaborate closely with our dental team to create seamless experiences, making patients feel valued and informed every step of the way. Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients to review treatment plans and explain procedures clearly.
- Assist patients in understanding and navigating their financial options, including insurance coverage and payment plans.
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for every patient.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in dental treatment coordination or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (experience with Tracker an asset).
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach and a positive attitude!
