We’re a large, well-established dental clinic expanding from 9 to 14 chairs. That means more patients, more teamwork, and more opportunities for the right person to shine.

We’re looking for a receptionist who’s:

✅ Experienced in the dental field (required or close to it — you need to know the lingo)

✅ Friendly, polished, and genuinely great with people

✅ Organized, detail-driven, and confident handling billing and scheduling

✅ A team player who keeps things moving, even on busy days

✅ Curious, adaptable, and ready to grow with us

✅ Strong English skills required

Daily tasks include:

Checking patients in/out
Answering phones and explaining treatment options with clarity and care
Handling insurance forms and billing
Booking appointments and optimizing the schedule
Supporting the team — and keeping things running smoothly at the front

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
