We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental team. If you enjoy helping patients, working in a positive environment, and being part of a supportive team, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients with a warm, positive attitude
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
Verify insurance and assist with patient forms
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support the clinical team with daily administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth patient experience

Requirements:

Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
