Part-Time Associate Dentist

We’re looking for a caring, detail-oriented Associate Dentist to join our well-established, non-corporate family dental practice in Toronto.

Position Highlights:

Part-time: 2–3 days/week (alternate Saturdays required).
No long weekends.
Flexible weekday schedule.
Mentorship provided.
Potential to transition into a full-time role.
Supportive, patient-focused team and modern digital practice.
Independent, non-corporate environment focused on quality care over quotas.

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Licensed to practice in Ontario.
Committed to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
Honest, professional, and grounded — motivated by doing what’s best for the patient, not production targets.
Collaborative, respectful, and eager to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
