Patient Care Coordinator
Dream Orthodontics is growing and looking to add a Patient Coordinator to our team!

We are looking for a detailed multi-tasker who loves providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person. We are a busy orthodontic practice looking for someone to grow with us!

You will have an outgoing and energetic personality, and are extremely detailed and organized. In addition to assisting patients, you will assist in running the operations of the practice. You will not be afraid of a challenge and can handle a busy day with ease.

Responsibilities include

-Patient communication: Greeting patient, scheduling patients, answering phones, and communicating with clients through phone and email

-Presenting treatment plans to patient

-Working with fellow team members to complete administrative duties

-Marketing

Qualifications:

- 1 year of medical or dental receptionist experience

**Competitive compensation based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 – 30.00 per week
