Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to documents.
Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
Assist in coordinating office activities and events to enhance team collaboration.
Support dental office operations by managing patient records and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance customer support.

Skills

Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to administrative tasks.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor for front desk interactions.
Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
Previous experience in a dental office or similar environment is a plus.
