Are you an experienced Business Manager with a strong background in dental administration and financial operations? We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our dynamic dental team as our Business Manager at Dr Maura Mckeown and Associates. This role is crucial to the smooth financial and administrative operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily business and financial operations of the dental office
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with accuracy and efficiency
Monitor billing, insurance claims, and collections to ensure timely reimbursements
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
Support payroll processing and expense management
Manage vendor relationships and supply ordering
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize practice performance
Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and HR-related functions as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in a dental or medical office management role
Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes in a dental setting.
Proficiency in Tracker dental practice management software
Solid understanding of insurance billing and reconciliation
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
