A leading dental practice, privately owned is on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Dental Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team as our clinic is expanding! We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and bring strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude. A minimum of 2 years of front office dental experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment coordination
Insurance verification and coordination
Scheduling appointments for both doctors and hygienists
Payment processing and collections
Insurance Account Receivables
Additional administrative duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour - to be discussed.

Schedule:

Full-time, permanent (32–40 hours per week)
8-hour shifts - We are opened Monday through Saturday

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
Experience with dental management software. Cleardent preferred
*Mandarin and Cantonese language an asset although not required.*
