Requirements:

A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an office manager in a dental practice, demonstrating proficiency in managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
A minimum of five (5) years' recent and continuous experience as an administrative or receptionist staff member in a dental practice. (Experience requirements may be adjusted as necessary.)
Proficiency in handling accounts receivable, insurance claims, and pre-authorizations within a dental practice environment is essential for this role.
At least two (2) years' experience utilizing Tracker software.
Ability to effectively train and mentor new hires, as well as provide guidance to team members.
Comfortable performing front desk duties, including patient scheduling and communication.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in generating reports and managing budgets.

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, including occasional weekends based on clinic needs.
