Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while demonstrating leadership. Duties

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in compliance with health standards
Assist the dentist during a wide variety of dental procedures
Take and develop dental radiographs using technology when necessary
Manage patient records using Dentrix software systems
Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as a dental receptionist when needed
Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns during visits
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in dental assisting, with familiarity in Dentrix
Strong understanding of dental procedures and infection control protocols
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team demonstrating professionalism at all times
Expanded duties preferred

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
