Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances, ensuring precision and adherence to patient specifications. Candidates with experience in dental laboratories, CAD design, or dental assisting are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and veneers based on detailed prescriptions and technical drawings
Utilize CAD software to design and modify dental restorations with precision
Prepare models, wax-ups, and other components necessary for appliance creation
Operate laboratory equipment including casting machines, polishing tools, and finishing devices
Collaborate with dentists and dental office staff to ensure accurate interpretation of prescriptions and specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace in compliance with safety standards
Keep detailed records of work performed for each case to ensure quality control and traceability

Qualifications

Prior experience in a dental laboratory setting or related laboratory experience is preferred
Knowledge of CAD software used in dental design is highly desirable
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential
Experience with dental office operations or assisting roles is a plus
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise craftsmanship
Ability to interpret technical drawings and prescriptions accurately
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and dental professionals
