Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with various office management tools. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and professionalism of our organization by managing clerical tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth office functions.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools for bookkeeping and administrative tasks
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff and management
Provide exceptional customer support and respond promptly to inquiries
Oversee administrative processes related to medical or dental office functions if applicable
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities
Support office organization through filing systems and document management
Maintain a professional appearance at the front desk and ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and computer skills necessary for data entry and document management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle front desk duties effectively
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in bookkeeping or office administration is preferred but not required

Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

Office administrative : 2 years (preferred)
