Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate hygienist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our team's success. As a full-time hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on oral health, and working collaboratively with our dental team.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scalings & polishing
- Conduct oral assessments and develop treatment plans
- Sterilize and clean dental equipment & instruments
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene and prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Work collaboratively with dentists, assistants and other team members
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in dental hygiene
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
- Current registration with the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta (CRDHA)
- Proficiency in Cleardent software preferred
- Able to work efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
