Key Responsibilities:
- Design Dental Appliances: Learn and apply skills to design various ortho appliances.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with our customers regarding pricing, turnaround times, and technical issues.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of our products before they are delivered to customers.
- Workflow Management: Oversee and manage workflow to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Patient Interaction: Occasionally see patients in our Face4D clinic to address concerns from our imaging center.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed dental hygienist in Alberta.
- Experience in orthodontics is required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
