We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist, looking to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform comprehensive dental and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, cosmetic, implants, surgical extractions and all major procedures.
- Other specialties will be helpful, such as perio, endo, IV, nitrous but not accessary.
- Utilize advanced dental technologies and software, Cleardent and Itero Scans, to enhance patient care.
- Provide family dental care with an emphasis on creating a comfortable environment for all ages.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical/dental terminology standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
- Pays attention to detail with diagnostic, performance and skill.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid ADA and CDA license to practice dentistry in Alberta and in good standings.
- 1- 2yrs experience in a dental office setting is preferred, open to new grads.
- Effective communication within the practice and a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds, speaks clear and detailed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care.
- Commitment to providing high-quality dental services while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays, and open for discussion.
