Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with patients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure they understand the financial aspects of their care
- Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are met
- Preparing treatment plans for approval, including insurance verification and claims submission
- Ensuring that patients have a clear understanding of the treatments they require, and the costs involved
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients through exceptional service
- Supporting the dental team with treatment and administrative tasks as needed
- Working closely with dentists and the administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
- Previous dental experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain treatment options and financial information clearly to patients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
