We are seeking a Full-time RDA to join out team at Maxwell Dental in Airdrie
Minimum Requirements
- Certification: Certified Level II Dental Assistant.
- Evening and weekend availability is required. The clinic is open during prime time hours. Weekdays until 9 pm and weekends.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain detailed patient records.
- Provide seamless chairside assistance during procedures.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and running efficiently.
