Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Verify insurance benefits, prepare estimates, and process payments
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records and treatment plans
- Coordinate treatment room turnover and ensure clinicians stay on schedule
- Handle phone and email inquiries, escalating clinical questions as needed
- Collaborate with the team on special projects, community outreach, and patient retention initiatives
