Overview

Your Responsibilities
Below we’ve listed formal responsibilities but aren’t limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
- Providing dental hygiene care, including scaling, polishing, and perio assessment.
- Educating patients about the importance of proper oral hygiene home care.
- Taking diagnostic radiographs and intraoral photos.
- Taking impressions (alginate & PVS) and digital scans.
- Digital charting, note-taking, and treatment planning using Tracker dental software.
- Sterilization of instruments (adhering to RCDSO infection control standards).
Requirements
- IPAC updated
- CPR certificate
- CDHA or ODHA certified
- CDHO certified
