Your Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Ensure each patient receives an exceptional experience.
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive practice growth and success.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance processing, accounts, and compliance.
- Manage recall systems to optimize patient retention and engagement.
- oversee direct reports from department Team Leads, (Assistant, Hygiene, Admin, Marketing)
- monitor and report key KPIs weekly/monthly to Practice Owner
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of successful dental office management experience.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of enhancing patient satisfaction and practice performance.
- Proficient with Dentrix and RecallMax software.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
