POSITION SUMMARY
The Treatment Coordinator at House Dental Centre plays a vital role in guiding
patients through their dental treatment journey, ensuring they fully understand their
treatment options, financial plans, and the importance of recommended procedures.
This role acts as the liaison between the patient, the clinical team, and the administrative office, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from consultation to treatment completion.

OBJECTIVES
● Achieve a minimum X% case acceptance rate, ensuring patients understand and
commit to recommended treatment plans.
● Provide 100% clear and accurate explanations of treatment procedures, expected
outcomes, and associated costs to patients.
● Successfully assist 100% of patients in exploring insurance benefits, payment options, and financing solutions to ensure affordability.
● Verify 100% of patient insurance benefits before treatment, minimizing billing issues
and patient confusion.
● Conduct follow-ups within 24-48 hours for all pending treatment plans, ensuring
patients are supported in making informed decisions.
● Ensure 100% of treatment-related appointments are scheduled promptly, minimizing
patient wait times and optimizing provider productivity.
● Support clinic revenue growth by securing X% increase in elective and preventive
procedure acceptance.
● Ensure 100% adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical patient financial discussions, maintaining transparency and trust.
● Track treatment plan acceptance trends and implement at least two process
improvements per quarter to enhance conversion rates.
● Maintain a 90%+ patient satisfaction score by providing compassionate, clear, and
supportive treatment guidance.
● Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure
seamless patient care coordination and office efficiency.
● Increase awareness of long-term oral health benefits, leading to a minimum X%
increase in preventive treatment uptake.

● Works closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless
patient experience and operational efficiency.
● Knowledge of privacy regulations and ethical standards in patient communication
and financial discussions, ensuring compliance at all times.
● Ability to navigate dental practice management systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open
Dental, etc.) for treatment planning and scheduling.
● Skilled in building rapport with patients, understanding their concerns, and providing
reassurance to improve case acceptance and patient satisfaction.
● Ability to meet and exceed treatment acceptance and revenue targets, contributing
to practice growth and financial success.
