We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join our dental team.

Dental Management experience is not required for this position, but will be considered an asset, experience in dental admin is required, minimum 2 years. Hourly wage will be determined based on level of experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Coaching staff within the clinic to achieve the highest level of patient care and efficiency
- Overseeing all daily activity within the clinic
- Assisting with all daily clinic tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and addressing any patient concerns etc.
- Covering shifts for clinical (if licensed) and reception staff if sick or away
- Ensuring proper staffing within the clinic to facilitate the schedule
- Scheduling office staff
- Managing/Overseeing Accounts Receivable
- Highly competent with all Dental Administration Tasks
- Vast knowledge of Dental Insurances
- Weekly offsite management meetings
- Flexibility on location within the Edmonton area
- All other assigned tasks
