Your Role

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Your key responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointment scheduling to optimize efficiency and minimize gaps
Handling patient inquiries, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
Maintaining and updating patient records with accuracy
Processing insurance claims and referrals
Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth execution of treatment plans
Experience with dental insurance and claims

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 1 year of administration experience
✔ Knowledge of dental software
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
