Treatment Coordinator (Invisalign Focus) - My Smile Dental

Join Our Team at My Smile Dental! We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Kanata, Ontario, seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Treatment Coordinator with a strong focus on Invisalign sales and patient education. This role combines clinical knowledge with exceptional communication skills to help patients achieve their dream smiles through clear aligner therapy and other treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, with a primary emphasis on promoting and closing Invisalign cases.
Educate patients on the benefits of Invisalign, treatment processes, timelines, and financing options.
Conduct consultations, perform intraoral scans (e.g., iTero), and address patient questions or objections to increase case acceptance.
Coordinate treatment scheduling, follow-ups, and financial arrangements, including insurance verification and payment plans.
Assist chairside as needed, supporting general dental procedures.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and outstanding care.
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to practice growth through excellent patient experiences.

Requirements:

Certified Dental Assistant (Level II preferred) with HARP certification an asset.
Strong sales and communication skills – you thrive on building patient trust and helping them commit to treatment.
Proficiency in AbleDent dental software and intraoral scanning technology.
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and financing options.
Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented with a passion for cosmetic dentistry.
