Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication between patients and dental providers. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, clinical knowledge, and a compassionate approach to patient care. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing treatment processes, coordinating with various departments, and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage comprehensive patient treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment options and progress.
- Collaborate with dental staff and Dentist to facilitate effective communication and patient care.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Utilize ClearDent software for scheduling, billing, and managing patient information.
- Apply knowledge of dental terminology to enhance communication with patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or office setting experience is required.
- Familiarity with ClearDent software is required.
- Background in nursing or acute care environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in dental terminology to facilitate effective communication with patience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding patient service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.78-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
