Job Summary
Unique opportunity for the right dentist. Busy Calgary office looking for full-time associate dentist to step in and take over an existing patient base. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, including children, and requires proficiency in various dental procedures and technologies.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize dental software for patient management and record keeping.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with dental terminology standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.

Experience

A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a dental office setting is required

Minimum 2 years of general dentistry experience

Fully licensed, registered and insured in Canada

Patient oriented with excellent communication skills
