Position:
We currently have an opportunity in our clinical department for a Registered Dental Hygienist position on our staff. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to their ongoing oral health. We are currently seeking a full -time hygienist to join our team of dental professionals. The position will include 1 to 2 evenings a week until 8pm.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately assess, plan, and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening
- Providing consistent patient experience during hygiene visit
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
- Registered and/or licensed by the R.C.D.H.O
- Valid CPR Certification
- Experience with Abledent would be considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
