Registered Dental Hygienist
We are a small, 4-operatory dental clinic located in a beautiful coastal community. Our team is led by a comprehensive care dentist with advanced continuing education and mentorship experience. Hygienists here have full autonomy over their schedules, enabling them to provide high-quality, timely care in a supportive and low-stress environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver dental hygiene care for patients on a 3/4/6-month recall schedule
- Educate patients on oral health and collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning and long-term care
Who You’ll Work With:
- A supportive Clinic Manager / Treatment Coordinator
- A cross-trained CDA / Administrator
- Two CDAAC-trained Certified Dental Assistants
- Another experienced Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation:
- Starting at $58+/hr (negotiable based on experience and fit)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program
- Active license in good standing as a Registered Dental Hygienist in BC
- Familiarity with Cleardent software is an asset (training provided)
- Experience or willingness to train with EMS air polishers
Hours:
- Preferred schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Open to alternative schedules for the right candidate
