We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a progressive, design-forward practice that values both precision and personality.
About the Role:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the face of Paste Dental — guiding patients through their treatment journeys, building trust, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll work closely with our dentists and clinical team to communicate treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless patient experiences from consultation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and review comprehensive treatment plans with patients in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and case management for dental treatments (Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, general care, etc.)
- Manage financial discussions, insurance submissions, and payment arrangements
- Provide concierge-level service to every patient — ensuring comfort, confidence, and connection
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and uphold privacy and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental treatment coordinator or similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you love connecting with people!
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, boutique environment
- Experience with Curve Hero or similar dental software (an asset)
