Our team of Oral Surgeons, Dr. Sadek and Dr. Paulo are presenting an opportunity to work amongst our interdisciplinary team to provide the utmost patient experience. We practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. We also diagnose and treat facial fractures, facial injuries and perform a full range of dental implants and bone grafting procedures.
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our Oral Surgery practice. This person plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between the dental team, patients, and insurance providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our patients.
Tasks
- Present and review comprehensive treatment plans with patients in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and case management for dental treatments. Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist with check-in procedures, using ClearDent.
- Manage phone systems effectively, answering calls promptly and addressing patient inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic medical records system.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
