Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)
Location: City Centre Mall
Hourly Rate: $60–$65/hr ($70/hr with myofunctional therapy training)
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Employment Type: Part-Time (Monday–Friday)
Hours: Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and conscientious Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for full body wellness and interest in myofunctional therapy. You will work closely with our dental team to provide excellent patient care with a focus on periodontal health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, and periodontal care
- Administer local anesthesia (Local Anaesthetic Certificate required)
- Educate patients on oral health and full body wellness
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix software
- Collaborate with dentists and other staff to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of dental hygiene experience
- Pediatric and periodontist experience required
- Local Anaesthetic Certificate
- Proficiency in Dentrix software
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Conscientious, happy, and detail-oriented attitude
- Interest in full body wellness; myofunctional therapy training is an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $60–$65 ($70 if myofunctional therapy trained)
- Annual bonuses based on achieving or surpassing production goals
- Benefits paid by employer (employee pays life insurance and disability portion) after 3 months
